How Hyperline activated the right non-dilutive financing levers to support its growth
As part of their fundraising, Hyperline had to draw up a complete financing file to access the Innovation Loan system. Not wanting to deal with the complexity of this process and the deadlines to be respected alone, the Hyperline team made the choice to collaborate with REKI.

Présentation d’Hyperline
Hyperline is the pricing management tool for modern B2B SaaS. Hyperline allows finance teams to automate subscription management, usage-based billing, quote generation, and integration with various technology tools.
The platform is designed to adapt to a variety of pricing models, including fixed fees, pay-per-use, per-user, and hybrid pricing models. It also offers native integrations with CRMs, payment service providers, and accounting tools, making it easy to manage billing processes from CRM to accounting.
Hyperline recently raised $10 million in a funding round led by Index Ventures, bringing the total funds raised to $14 million. This fundraiser aims to meet the growing demand from businesses for a more flexible and automated revenue management solution.
Pourquoi avoir fait appel à REKI
As part of its fundraising, Hyperline naturally turned to non-dilutive grants to complete its financing. But faced with the diversity of existing systems and the complexity of the procedures, the team chose to be supported by Reki. Their expertise and structured methodology made it possible to clarify the options available, to target relevant assistance and to build solid cases, avoiding the classic pitfalls and wastes of time.
L’importance du financement non-dilutif dans le cadre du développement d’Hyperline
After raising 10 million euros from Index Ventures, Hyperline wanted to explore other levers to support its growth, without further diluting its capital. The team turned to non-dilutive public aid, a field rich in opportunities but often complex to decipher.
It has thus launched several approaches in parallel: applications for the R&D Innovation Loan, the Investment Seed Loan, and the Innovation Tax Credit. These systems should make it possible to finance strategic projects such as product innovation, the optimization of operations or the strengthening of the tech team.
This mix between private funds and public aid allows Hyperline to accelerate, while maintaining control over its trajectory, its priorities and its strategic autonomy.
Les fonctionnalités préférées de l’outil REKI
For Hyperline, what really made the difference in using REKI was the tool's ability to automate steps that are normally long and tedious. The aid radar made it possible to quickly identify the most relevant devices for their profile, without having to decipher dozens of eligibility pages or spend hours comparing options.
Once the aid was targeted, the automated generation of cases took over. Where preparing these types of requests can quickly become a headache — between data collection, formatting, financial modeling, and project storytelling — REKI has streamlined the entire process. In a few days, Hyperline had structured, coherent documents in place, and aligned with the expectations of funders.
The team was able to save valuable time, significantly reduce the risks of errors or oversights, and rely on a clear and reliable modeling of its business plan. Enough to move forward more quickly, with a better financial vision and files ready to be submitted in the best conditions.
